About us
I'm a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and health coach. I started this group for those interested in walking and exploring new trails, paths, and hiking routes. I’m always looking for new areas to explore. If you enjoy coffee, we usually gather after the walk for great conversation and community. Come on out and join us—we usually walk about 4-5 miles and those miles fly by with great company.😀.
This group is very welcoming and laid back. We enjoy learning about each other and many of us are transplants who love the Lowcountry lifestyle.
My husband, Jimmy, and I are also real estate agents and happy to help you with those needs. If you're curious about the area, want a list of things to do and see, or even want to set up an easy home search, feel free to visit our website: The Farrell Group
If you want to know what's happening in and around the Charleston area, be sure to subscribe to Jimmy's free weekly newsletter.CHS Happenings
There is a Facebook group named: Facebook Group--Charleston Walk and Socialize as another way to communicate. This is a private group so you will need to answer the question if you are already a Meet Up member of this group. This helps with any bots and spam we could receive. Thank you!!
Hope to see you on our next walk!

2026 Annual Duck Race--Buy your chance here!
This walk will be between 3-5 miles--I'll give you a couple of options so that you can choose based on how far you want to go. We can end up at the DIME for coffee after the walk.
This is always a great walk with lots of beautiful water views. Hope you can join us!
Park in the dirt lot closest to the waterfront or in a marked parking space.
We'll meet in front of the DIME.
The line for coffee after this walk can be really long. I sometimes bring my coffee in an insulated bottle and have it after to avoid the wait.
