Wednesday track workout
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 3 sets of (1200, 400)
- 1 minute between reps, 3 minutes between sets
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
