Join us for the 7th annual Namastay Sober Flow into New Years Eve, hosted by Pete Sacco at Soma Yoga Center!

This event is open to anyone who is ready to close the chapter of 2025 and wants to savor the last few moments with an awesome sober, sober friendly, sober curious, just curious like-minded community. We will serve some light refreshments before class and connect and reflect on the year.

10:15 -10:45PM: Community hang with light refreshments
11:00 - 12:30AM: Intention setting and yoga with an extended savasana into 2025

Class is truly open to anyone and really all levels. We are going to keep it simple as we coast into 2026 on a cloud of positive vibes!
