Nashvegans!

This is an event where we will get to pick vegetables for people in need! we harvest the veggetables, weigh them, and send them out to organizations here in Nashville, like Nashville Food Project People Loving Nashville, Saint Luke's, etc.

We are currently harvesting tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans, summer squash etc.

The farm is beautiful and spacious and you'll have a wonderful time helping people in need! The farm is called By Faith Farm.

Flatrock Farmers Market. There are vendors with vegan options, including a vendor who sells a few vegan Jamaican patties, a vendor with Agua frescas, vegan papas tacos, and Ecogourmet, which is a fully vegan vendor who offers food with foraged ingredients. I make food for it and own this vegan business (@ecogourmet_nash)

this market is every week at 5 pm to 8 pm and I would love for you to come. this Wednesday I (EcoGourmet) will probably have the milk cream donuts with foraged blackberries and wildflower garnish, foraged sumac lemonade, foraged prairie tea oatmilk horchata and more.
