Sleep issues are incredibly common for those of us with ADHD, and for many good reasons, it's our gene's fault as much as it is our endless access to YouTube and TikTok.

But hey, that doesn't mean we are helpless to improve our relationship with sleep! The key to good sleep is different for every person, and is usually a combination of many factors. In this talk I am going to list as many of those factors as I know about, I'll tell you what combos I've seen work for clients and I'll be sharing what the experts are saying about ADHD and sleep.

This meeting will start with a presentation on the topic and then we will open the floor to discussion with the group where we can talk about our experiences. Ideally everyone will walk away with actionable items and maybe even a few new strategies to try.
