Join us for movie night! We'll be watching the film Mississippi Masala: "An Indian family is expelled from Uganda when Idi Amin takes power. They move to Mississippi and time passes. The now-adult Indian daughter meets and falls in love with a Black man, and the respective families are forced to come to terms with it in the climate of racial hatred."
We'll be watching the movie together at the same time while messaging in a text chat, then we'll hop on a call afterwards to talk about it. Note that you'll have to access the movie/find a way to watch it yourself. We look forward to talking with everyone :)

Body doubling is a term in neurodiversity spaces for being on a call, or in the same space, with other people as a way of encouraging each other to get work done.
