🧙♀️✨ The 4th Annual Witches Paddle is Here! ✨🧙♂️
Grab your broomsticks (aka paddles) and join us for a magical day on the water kayaking/paddleboarding/canoeing!
📅 Date: Saturday, October 18th 11:30AM
📍 Launch: Sunnyside School, Shelton
🎯 Finish: Dockside Brewery, MilfordDress in your best witch or wizard costume (required!) and ride the tide of the Housatonic River for a 7-mile downstream paddle. Don’t worry—the outgoing current makes it feel like a breeze! We’ll end at Dockside Brewery, where you can celebrate with food, drinks, and spooky fun.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Paddle is ~7 miles; bring water, snacks, and warm/dry layers.
- Sit-on-top kayaks & paddleboards unload easily at Dockside; sit-inside kayaks may prefer the nearby state ramp.
- Coordinate your own carpool—this is a one-way paddle.
