A nice circular walk of around 5 miles.

I have not done this walk since November 2023 when it was lovely. A short stretch of canal, then woodlands followed by large residential houses in the richest part of Woking and across a golf course to more countryside and a some nice views. It is then back to St Johns via the golf course again or maybe I will do the other way round.

The pub to use is very near and accessible by foot and a roast is around £18. It is The Rowbarge

The car park was almost empty when we arrived but when we returned it was full. So arrive 10 minutes early please as there is plenty of parking on road on Robin Hood Road which is very near but you will need to get there and back.
