Everyone will join a wait list and will be moved to 'going' upon booking the Inca Trail and /or Lake Titicaca packages directly with the tour operator, Alpaca Expeditions. Instructions and available further in the event details. PM me with questions.

14-Day Trip to Peru to see the majestic Machu Picchu, hike the full Inca Trail, see Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and visit Lake Titicaca, the cradle of the Inca civilization. The trip combines sightseeing, history, and a vigorous full Inca Trail hike (see Itinerary for details)
Option to limit the trip to 9 days for those who want to focus on sightseeing or hiking only (see itinerary)

Cost: estimated between $4,000 (double occupancy hotels) to $4,600 (single occupancy) including airfare, organized tours, meals, transfers, travel insurance, and tips.
Itinerary (full itinerary with pricing will be provided during the info session):

1. 8 -May: Flight from Newark to Lima
2. 8-May to 10-May: Explore Lima
3. 10-May: Fly to Puno/Lake Titicaca
4. 10-May – 13-May: Explore Lake Titicaca with Alpaca Expeditions Tour Operator. Stay overnight with a local family on one of the historic islands. The tour includes 2 nights at the hotel, 1 additional night with a local family, meals, tours, and a full-day bus ride from Puno to Cusco
5. 13-May – 21- May: Explore Cusco and Sacred Valley, hike the Inca Trail, see Machu Picchu and hike Rainbow Mountain
6. 21-May: flight from Cusco to Newark via Bogota (3-hour layover in Bogota)
7. 22-May Arrive Newark at 6:15 AM

10. Everyone starts on the Wait List.
11. To register, PM me with your phone number, email address. I will send you a full itinerary and a link to register for the tour which includes paying non-refundable $200 deposit due at booking. You will be moved to "Going" upon reserving the Inca Trail or the Lake Titicaca Tour.
12. Upon being moved to 'Going', I will add you to the group mailing list and WhatsApp chat, and will work with you to help reserve hotels and discuss flights.
13. Everyone books their own airfare. As a licensed agent, I can assist with booking hotels, travel insurance, and tours, but I am not a tour guide for this trip – we work together as a team

15. Refund policy – in line with the Alpaca Expeditions, hotel, and your airline refund policies
16. This is a vigorous adventure. Participants must be prepared to hike at high altitude (10K-13K ft high, 6-10 miles per day); Inca Trail length is approx. 42 KM (26miles). Do not attend this trip if you are not an experienced hiker able to hike for multiple days in a row.
17. If you could not attend the October Info Sessions, PM me or stay tuned for additional Info Sessions in early December and early January.
