We are constantly faced with decisions and choices to make. The pace of our lives calls upon us to not only make good decisions from a multitude of options, but also to make them quickly!

Being able to discern is at the core of being able to decide better. Through this talk and guided practical exercise session, we look at perspectives and practical tools from ancient Tibet, India and Greece, about being able to discern and build our ability to make decisions.

Music has the power to evoke emotions, unites us and connect our hearts. Join us as we learn to put aside our analytical mind and listen to music with more depth. More than the sounds, we will be guided to connect to the meaning behind them. This will be followed by session of connecting our hearts – learning and singing together.
