Change of starting point due to Henderson Triathlon. See notes below.

Due to the Henderson Triathlon tomorrow around Nobbys and Carrington, we will now start from Mereweather Lifesaving Club at 7am. See you there!

We will meet at 6.55 am from the car park at Newcastle Cruising Yacht club. We will walk along the foreshore walkway all the way to Newcastle Beach cafe, where we will stop for breakfast and coffee (takeaway). This is graded easy and will probably take about 40 mins each way. We will use a different route to walk back to the Newcastle Cruising Yacht club. If you are sick, please do not attend.
