Redland Bay - Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation (Thursday 9.30 am)

This 1-hour class guides you through a mindful, slow-paced yoga flow to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. We finish with grounding meditation, leaving you centred, relaxed, and recharged for the rest of your day.
