When: **Thursdays** Weekly; **9:30AM**,

(**60 minute session** limited to **7 Lucky Light Beings**)

**Please arrive with enough time to park and get settled for a 9:30AM start -** If you've been to this venue before you'll know there is a nice little nature walk from the car parking area up hill to the Compassion Temple - don't be dismayed if this is an issue though as we can taxi you up to the door if need be - just let me know! If it's raining cats and dogs I'm sure we will still find a way :) Also be aware if we have a chat afterwards we might not get out of the venue until 11am ;)

Cost: presale **$17.50**+bf / $20 at door per person (Booking here on MeetUp reserves spot, or cash at door/bank transfer for regulars or preorganised with me, concession/pensioner discount and receipts available on request.

What to **bring**: Your lovely self in **comfortable** clothing and any other meditation tools **you love** like a mask for your eyes and favourite crystals to hold. The Compassion Temple has several fairly thick **mattresses** and yoga matts and plenty of **pillows already there** for us to use, or please bring your own matt to lay on if you prefer something personal.

About: These sound therapy and meditation sessions utilise the Japanese **perfectly made** Singing Ring® healing instrument to **promote wellbeing** by way of a **solfeggio harmonic sound bath** as well as a unique regenerative **bowl-on-body vibrational therapy** aiding in cellular function through tonally structuring molecular bonds.
