Post-Christmas 3.2 mile Walk on Central Street in Evanston! Fri 12/26 2:30 pm

(This is the first part of a two part series of events - the second is a 4 pm Happy Hour at Ten Mile House after this hike).
Join us for a leisurely paced walk (3.0 mph or less) on Central Street on the day after Christmas! Burn off some of those Christmas carbs and walk from Great Harvest Bread (Central and Hartrey) to the lake and Grosse Point Lighthouse and back. The weather is looking fabulous for a nice walk! (mid forties and sunny with no wind).
But on the way back, several of us (your organizer included) will be stopping at Ten Mile House (1700 Central Ave) for Happy Hour!
I would suggest parking in the lot across from Great Harvest Bread, or on the street in the neighborhoods. After Happy Hour, it is a .4 mile walk back to Great Harvest from Ten Mile House.
