North Solihull Wellbeing walk
Details
We are a small group walking every third week in the North Solihull area. The walk leader is trained by mental health mates. The walks are designed to be manageable with no high intensity fitness required. We walk in nature in all weathers to provide mutual support, get mild to moderate exercise to promote overall wellbeing.
The walk usually lasts around an hour and we are looking to actively expand this group.

** All new members joining us please note that we leave promptly at 11am and we meet at the noticeboard in the car park** Our last walk attracted negative feedback by a member as they were trying to contact me at 11am and I dont have access to meet up messages on walk mornings, consequently, they were not able to join us for the walk and were understandably disappointed. I dont want anyone left behind.
