Mind Body Synergy Circle – Healing Through Art, Movement & Breath
Welcome to the Mind Body Synergy Circle, a safe, inclusive, and heart-centred space for anyone seeking healing, connection, and inner peace, whether from daily stress, emotional overwhelm, or past trauma.
This group was born from a deeply personal journey—one of healing, transformation, and rediscovery. When I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2013, I was simply seeking relief. Within six months, something profound shifted: I felt a deep sense of well-being I hadn’t known in years. That moment sparked a lifelong path of healing. In 2014, I became a certified yoga instructor, eager to share this gift with others. Over time, I expanded into expressive art, journaling, breath-work, and somatic movement, all of which are powerful tools that awakened new levels of release, reflection, and self-awareness.
Today, I bring these practices together to offer a space for others to heal, express, and reconnect with themselves. This isn’t just a group, it’s a shared journey, and you are warmly invited to explore it with me.
I have created a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself, process what weighs on you, and find lightness again- through creativity and movement.
