- Run along the Marina towards Blackrock Castle
- Turn around at Blackrock Castle
- Return the same way back to Marina Market and we will go coffee together

Join us for a relaxed city walk from Passage West back to Cork City Centre — a gentle, easy-paced journey to move the body, clear the mind, and enjoy Cork at walking pace.
As always, there’s no rush and no pressure. Just good company, fresh air, conversation, and the simple pleasure of walking together into the heart of the city.
