One Mind Creations believes that taking care of the body is inseparable from spiritual practice. When we release physical tension, we create space for presence, clarity, and renewal. This workshop honors the body as a sacred vessel—teaching you practical tools to support recovery, mobility, and well-being so you can show up fully in your life and work.
Join us for a hands-on foam rolling workshop led by An-Marie, a licensed massage therapist, strength coach, and owner of Body by An-Marie. Whether you're new to foam rolling or want to refine your technique, this workshop will teach you how to foam roll safely and effectively—so you can release tension, boost mobility, and feel your best.
We're offering two sessions—attend one or both based on your needs:
- Session 1: 9:30–10:30 AM | Upper Body Focus
- Session 2: 10:30–11:30 AM | Lower Body Focus
Each session is complete and includes check-in, intro, guided practice, and Q&A
What We'll Explore
- Proper foam rolling technique for targeted areas (upper or lower body)
- How to avoid common mistakes that can lead to nerve pinching or injury
- Ways to increase range of motion and muscle elongation
Why Foam Rolling + Infrared Heat?
The infrared sauna environment amplifies your body's natural detoxification process. When you combine foam rolling with heat, you're not just releasing muscle tension—you're helping your body eliminate toxins, reduce inflammation, and recover faster. An-Marie will show you how to use this powerful combination to support your fitness goals at any level.
