Food For Your Spirit

🍲 We’ll be exploring how food has been used as a powerful and effective teaching tool in the Buddhist dharma (teachings) and what we can learn from these analogies to improve our meditation practice and our daily lives.
We'll also be meditating together as a group, with guidance provided.
🕒 Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session promptly at 7:30
📍 Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
💻 Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
