We begin with mindful breathwork to center you, flow into soft, graceful movements to build flexibility and light strength, and close with a grounding meditation to leave you refreshed and balanced for the day ahead.
All levels are warmly welcome. Simply come as you are. Wear something comfortable, bring water β and if you enjoy reflection, a journal for a quiet moment afterward.
