Hike to Hawkins Bridge and Back

We will hike out to Hawkins Bridge along the Tulpehochen Trail. We may get to see a tundra swan or two before they begin their migration north. After lunch we take a different return and view the Alloway DeMarco Monument.

This will be an 8-10 Mile hike at 2-3 mph pace. Bring lunch, drink and something to sit upon at our lunch stop.

You may wish to bring extra socks/shoes for on the drive home.

You may wish to stop at Caranza, to use facilities (located in the back lot) before continuing on to friendship. Parking will be off the side of the road to avoid sugar sand.

Should I need to cancel, will do so by 7 am morning of hike.
