HIKE Around Salt Marsh at Cattus Island

Historical Cattus Island is a unique habitat of salt marshes & woodland. We will hike approximately 6-7 miles ( depending on weather & trail conditions) of easy trails enjoying Pre summer in the salt marsh. Also there are several bail out points to make hike shorter if needed. Ideal beginners hike. Additional option to take quick tour of the environmental center. Indoor facilities! Located off Fischer Blvd in Toms River. There is a WAWA located approximately ½ mile before the park entrance. Porta Jon in parking lot. PLEASW arrive 15 minutes before star time.
