Greenway Litter Pick-up Days

Please join us for our monthly litter pick-up on the Roanoke Valley greenways!

This month, we will pick-up litter along the Roanoke River Greenway near the Walnut Street Bridge in Roanoke.

If you are not available this month, we meet the first Thursday morning of the month for future litter pick-up events.

What to bring/wear:
Comfortable, closed toe shoes
Long pants
Hi-Viz vest/shirt (if available - we will be working near traffic along the greenway)
Safety glasses (if available)
Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.
Water bottle
Disposable gloves and trash bags will be provided.
