We are working on an extension to Rock-N-Roll heading towards the boat dock side.
No experience is required. We have all the tools on site. Work at your own pace. Please wear closed toe shoes that will protect your feet. Gloves are recommended, we have some you can use. Eye protection is recommended, but not required. Please bring water and snacks if you like.
We meet at Bennett Springs Trail Head parking lot and carpool down the Happy Valley fire road to the bottom of a temporary access trail to Rock-N-Roll. Then hike about 1/5 mile to work site.
If you know the area and can get yourself to and from work site, you can come and go as you like during the work time. We are working near where the toolboxes.

For this workday we will need some people to do some naturalizing of finished trail which means moving around organic matting and making the trail surroundings look natural while still allowing the trail to drain on outside edge. We can also use some people to help load and unload some medium size rocks with Canycom. We could use one person to finish the work shaping a drainage bowl by hand cutting the dirt edges to make it look pretty instead of a cliff. Be sure to let us know if you are coming as we leave the lot when all that have said they are coming show up.
