A new year is arriving, naturally inviting us to pause, reflect, and gently renew our commitment to practice.
Join us on Thursday for an evening of mindfulness and meditation inspired by the teachings of Thay Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of sitting and walking meditation, followed by a short break. We’ll then gather for mindful eating and a New Year reflection on beginning again, drawn from the Plum Village practice of beginning anew.
This is a chance to notice where we are right now and how we might want to step into the year ahead—with kindness, care, and honesty.
Whether you have something to share or simply wish to listen, your presence is a gift. Throughout our time together, we’ll continue to cultivate mindful presence, compassion, and connection.
