Join us this Thursday for an evening of mindfulness and meditation inspired by the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh and the Plum Village tradition.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of sitting and walking meditation, followed by a short break. After that, we’ll come together for mindful eating and open sharing as we reflect on Right Speech, its elements, how it relates to non-harming, and how we can offer our words as a gift that lightens the world, instead of making it heavier.

Whether you have something to share or simply wish to listen, your presence is a gift. Throughout our time together, we’ll continue to cultivate mindful presence, compassion, and connection.
