The program is a taster for Tai Chi by introducing and developing the essential skills for the techniques and sequences of Tai Chi which are practiced in TAI CHI WALK.
Tai Chi Walking introduces simple stepping patterns over five free Sessions, with a focus on the many health benefits. Wednesday 29 April - Increase your stamina.
