This introductory class provides the necessary information to help you decide if pursuing this Energy-based Bodywork field is the right direction for you.
What you will discover in this introductory class:

• The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory behind Shiatsu and how this ancient, energetic, and holistic approach can benefit both you and your clients.
• Hands-on experience learning point combinations you can immediately integrate into your existing massage practice.
• A detailed overview of the 152-hour Shiatsu certification course, which includes:
• Foundational theory.
• Understanding the Major Meridians and energy flows.
• In-depth study of Acupoints and their multi-functions.
• A broader, holistic view of the body's organs, including their correspondences to the Senses, the Five Elements, and Spiritual/Emotional/Mental energies.
• The goal of learning a complete full-body Shiatsu sequence by the course's completion.
