Cocktail Pairing Dinner

As a special edition of my wine-pairing dinner, let's try pairing cocktails with food. Since we don't want anyone to get alcohol poisoning, this time I will pair you up. Between the two of you, decide on a Cocktail and a dish that goes with it.

As always, you can choose any dish you want, appetizer, main, or dessert and I will have my microwave, stove, or oven availableto finish. Don't ask what anyone else is bringing. Just text me by Feb 13th with your dish and cocktail. We will have fewer courses this time, so do your best to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
