Take the afternoon or event to meet new people and LATIN dance with Rachel and Vincent. Even, if you've NEVER danced before, this is where you start.
Based in Pittsburgh, CrossBody Dance + Movement offers Latin dance classes and events. We promote a fun, safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment to learn and grow. Latin dance is an excellent way to stay in shape, connect with others, instill confidence, and reduce stress.
NOTE:
We want everyone attending our classes to be as safe as possible, and remind you to please take COVID precautions seriously. We run an H13 True HEPA Filter in our space. We strongly encourage wearing of masks, washing of hands and use of hand sanitizer. If you are not feeling well please stay home. In addition, if you are not vaccinated and choose to attend, please wear your mask at all times.

Each session focuses on building a strong foundation while progressively refining your skills, no matter your current level. Classes blend technique, musicality, and body movement while also touching on the culture and history of Kizomba.
