Newfound Fitness, Yoga & Wellness is offering their bi-monthly Partner Acro FUNdamentals Workshop.
This lesson-based workshop is an introduction to the partner balancing and acrobatic fun on the ground and in the air! The basics start with learning how to support another person’s weight in a counterbalance and then progress towards learning how to support each other off the ground. No partner is required and no previous experience is necessary.
All students will learn how to Base, Fly & Spot as well as preparation exercises to be able to execute postures with style and grace.
Workshop is open to all ages and experience levels BUT this does require a base level of fitness and body awareness.

Beginner & Experienced Acrobats welcome!
