(in-person) Stepping Out of Autopilot

Much of daily life can run on automatic patterns—thinking, reacting, and responding in ways we barely notice. This session offers a practical way to become more aware without over-effort. Through reflection and experience, explore how stepping out of autopilot opens space for more conscious choices, greater presence, and a quieter, more intentional way of living.

This session is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
