Join us for a calm, in-person hour of creative, reflective meditation, with gentle guided thoughts to help you settle and focus.
This is a relaxed space to step back from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy some peace, quiet, and time for yourself.
The session includes soft music and brief reflective commentaries, and is open to everyone - whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and contribute to a sense of calm for yourself, the group, and the wider world.
All sessions are offered free of charge a donation can be made and is welcome
