Begin your weekend with balance, energy, and calm. This live online class welcomes all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
What to expect:
🧘 Gentle stretches and flows to wake up the body
🌬️ Breathwork to clear the mind and lift energy
🌸 A short guided meditation to set a positive tone for the day
Duration: 60 minutes
No equipment beyond a yoga mat and comfortable clothing is required. Simply log in from home and give yourself this hour to move and breathe.
This class is about starting the day with ease – you’ll be guided step by step in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
