We have built quite a reputation in helping to kick start peoples Property Development careers, or lift the trajectory for those already on their way. Having seen a number of our members leave their day jobs to transition to full time Property Development, and a hell of a lot more that are well on their way. Having said that, the group is not just for beginners, we have a number of long time developers in the group at the bigger end of town also with everyone able to gain from the collective experience of the group.
Our meetings typically consist 3 distinct sections, an Industry Expert, a Real Deal & finally a Masterminding process.
Our Industry Experts are people that you will need in your property development team, with them giving guidance and advise on the relevant topic of the month. In the past we have had Town Planners, Civil Engineers, Property Lawyers, Accountants, Architects, University Lecturers, Project Managers, Experienced Developers, Property Managers, Financial Planners, Valuers, Council, Surveyors, Commercial Lenders & more. These experts love helping those with a thirst for knowledge and an attitude to succeed and we have been blessed with the quality of these speakers who keep lining up wanting to present at our group.
The Real Deals allow you to learn from projects that others have done within our group. Learn from their experience, successes and mistakes before you do it yourself. You get to see warts and all what went right, what went wrong and the profit that was able to be achieved out to the deal. There is nothing better than seeing the real thing to know that you can do the same for yourself.
We finish with a Mastermind process, with each person able to seek assistance from the collective knowledge of the group in how to overcome any current obstacles. Sometimes your problem might be as simple as not knowing where to start, or how to learn the development process, whilst other times it might be as complex as a specific problem that you are having withing your current deal. Either way, the group is here to help, with all of us moving forward as a result.
OH - And we always kick on socially after the event for a few beverages so please make sure you have plenty of time to hang around and mingle with your peers.
Welcome aboard, and I hope you enjoy the ride.

But when acquiring a site to create House & Land Packages, the land contract itself can make or break the deal.
Poorly negotiated contracts can leave developers exposed โ forced to settle when finance falls over, planning approvals become complicated, or unexpected encumbrances impact the project.
At this monthโs Property Developer Network Meetup, industry expert ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ป from ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น & ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฎ๐น will walk through:

๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐In this practical session, Erin will cover:
โข Structuring Subject to Finance clauses correctly
โข What a strong Subject to Development / Planning Approval condition should include
โข How to ensure your Due Diligence clause actually protects you
โข What to look for in the Form 1 Vendor Statement (zoning, easements, encumbrances and Land Management Agreements)
โข Drafting special conditions that protect your development strategyIf you're acquiring sites with the intention of delivering House & Land Packages, this session will help you reduce risk, maintain flexibility, and protect your position before signing the contract.
INTRODUCING THE REAL DEAL:
๐ฃ ๐ช๐ฏ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฅ ๐๐ถ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ช๐ท๐ช๐ด๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ (๐๐ถ๐ฃ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐ต๐ฉ๐ถ๐ญ๐ญ๐ข)

But even experienced developers hit bumps in the road.
Take ๐ ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐๐น๐น๐ฎ, our Real Deal speaker at this monthโs Property Developer Network Meetup. On his sixth project, everything seemed to be going smoothly, budgets, plans, approvals were all on track
Then came the curveball: construction delays pushed the build out by five months. Thatโs five months of stress, cash flow pressure, and uncertainty. If youโre a mum-and-dad developer, this is all too familiar. Even when your planning is perfect, unexpected delays can throw your project off course and eat into your profits
Thatโs why Mubarak is sharing exactly how he navigated the challenges, kept the project moving, and what he learned from the experience. Heโll break down
โข Where things went right and what set the project up for success
โข The unexpected hurdles that caused delays and how he responded
โข Practical lessons every small-scale developer can apply to stay on trackThis is your chance to hear from someone whoโs been in the trenches, made mistakes, adapted, and come out the other side with a successful outcome
Because in property development, itโs not just about avoiding mistakes, itโs about knowing how to handle them when they happen.
Mubarakโs insights will save you time, money, and sleepless nights on your next project.
Push your journey forward and come in-person to network with like-minded Developers!
See you all soon!
