🌳🏳️‍⚧️BB-Q-GROUP IN THE PARK!🏳️‍⚧️🌳

In collaboration with Headspace Camperdown, this event is for 12-25 year olds and their families + carers.

This November is Trans Month, and we’re celebrating Trans Awareness Week with our young Trans, gender-diverse, queer and questioning folks.

We'll be hanging out in the park, having a BBQ and playing some outdoor games - you can ask the Queer Social Club team about more events and activities going on in the community you might like, and we’ll bring loads of resources on all things LGBTQIA+.

We’ll be joined by the team at Headspace Camperdown who run a weekly Q Group - you can ask them all about it on the day.

➡️ ➡️ ➡️ RSVP HERE!!!

BRING: The BBQ items will be provided for FREE, but please feel free to bring your own picnic cushion and snacks too.

This event is OUTDOORS at Camperdown Memorial Park. We’ll be setup at the BBQ's near the changing rooms/toilets.

These events take place on unceded lands of the Land of the Gadigal Peoples. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and to Indigenous LGBTQIA+ folk, Brotherboys and Sistergirls everywhere. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

WHAT: An event by queer folks, for queer folks. With a focus on building friendship, hobbies and connections in your local area, whether you’re a long time local or just moving in.

We’ll see you then? 🦄💜
