I am beyond thrilled and grateful that we have reached 30 members in just a month or so. As we conclude the holiday season, whether we were busy tending to our families, or enjoying a well-deserved solitude, it is crucial to remind ourselves that our internal state reflects our reality.

It is energetically draining to be "on" all of the time, especially if it is our tendency to over-commit, or like me, sometimes I am just not able to show up with my best energy - so I don't show up. So I would like to create a space today for us to simply just be. Hear member stories, relates to our own, and know that we are not alone.
