A Discussion on God's Existence: Debating Theism

Following our planning meeting, we decided to meet monthly. Our first discussion topic is on whether God exists and the reasons to think one way or the other.

Come share your thoughts on this important topic. What difference does it make if God exists, and in what direction does the evidence point?

There is no assigned reading, but for those looking for a suggestion, the book Debating Christian Theism, edited by J. P. Moreland, Chad Meister, and Khaldoun A. Sweis (Oxford University Press, 2013), has a chapter written by a Christian theist and an atheist looking at each side of the issue.

This is a Reasonable Faith Perth event (we are not joining with any other group as we have previously frequently done).

We haven't been asking for any donations, but the cost of meetup has increased, so I would be interested to know whether you still think this is a good platform. I'm leaning towards Facebook or WhatsApp as they are free.
