Recovery Dharma is a mindfulness-based recovery meeting rooted in Buddhist principles and open to anyone seeking freedom from addiction of any kind.

This weekly gathering offers a trauma-informed, sober space to explore recovery through meditation, reflection, and compassionate community. Together, we practice building awareness, emotional balance, and connection — essential foundations for sustainable healing.
You don’t need any experience with meditation or Buddhism to attend. Everything is invitational, and you’re always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

Each meeting typically includes:

  • A guided somatic meditation to support nervous system regulation
  • A short reading or reflection from Recovery Dharma literature
  • Optional sharing in a supportive, confidential group setting
  • Time for connection before or after the meeting

This is a non-judgmental, peer-supported space. You are welcome whether you are newly sober, long-term in recovery, sober-curious, or exploring your relationship with substances or behaviors.
