PLEASE NOTE: Terri is presenting four sessions commencing today. Sessions each Wednesday.

Qi Gong builds the immune system and strengthens the body through a series of synchronised breathing and slow movements.

In this class Terri will help participants develop a practice in a gentle way with movements that are easy to remember and bring about relaxation.

If you have ever wanted to explore Qi Gong or Tai Chi this is a good place to start.
