A super accessible and playful class for any level of experience. Instructor Hanna offers lighthearted and inclusive approach to yoga flows, and will have you feeling confident & relaxed on your mat.

Drop in for single class (Tuesday 6:30pm is donation-based) or purchase bulk-class pass at the studio to use for any studio event (dance & yoga classes, social dances, and more!)

Classes are open to all levels of experience. We value inclusivity and encourage everybody with a body to drop in for a class!

Angelica will guide you through journaling, meditating, and opportunities to share in supportive community - letting go of what no longer serves you, to bring in healthy habits and firm your resolve for the next phase of the lunar cycle.

A New Moon Ceremony allows you to harness the energy of this lunar phase to manifest your desires and dreams.

Drop-ins are welcome if space is available. Suggested donation $10-15 for rental of space.

If you feel the desire, you may bring a journal to write in, a yoga mat, and a reusable waterbottle/mug. The studio has plenty of extras for everyone too.

The idea that the moon affects human behavior has been around for centuries. This gathering will include meditative practices, gentle rituals, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.
