Wednesday Group Run + Core- Seven Hills! Henderson Women’s Run Club

“Ready to run” by 6:30pm. Come a few minutes early to hear the route and warm up.
Run will include 60-75 minutes “time on feet”- you may run, run/walk, or walk however much of it that you’d like! We’ll meet back at the park for our post run core workout.
Bring water, and a mat/towel/or blanket for post run core! Warm hoodie for after our run!
All experience levels, walking to running, welcome and encouraged to come. We provide a fun, safe place for women to come and better their run game in a judgement free zone ☺️
