In this continuation of our Qigong fundamentals series, we’ll slow things down to deepen awareness, alignment, and energetic connection.

The first half of class focuses on proper form with hip hinges and Qi squats. We’ll move slowly and with intention to refine spinal alignment, build strength and stability, and develop a felt sense of how energy moves through the body when structure is clear and supported.

In the second half of class, we shift into subtle energy cultivation. Through simple, focused practices, we’ll build energy in the hands by forming an energy ball—awakening sensitivity, warmth, and connection to Qi in a tangible, experiential way.

This class is ideal for those who want to strengthen their foundation, improve form, and begin feeling energy more clearly through mindful movement and presence.
