To celebrate International Mental Health awareness month, we're going to have a FUN night with a bit of purpose.
We'll pack some Mental Health Support kits to help people going into short term care (more info below).

BUT - much of the night will be filled with Greek inspired FOOD and you can Come-n-Try Zorba the Greek dancing.

ALL Volunteers and Members of the Public very welcome! Members of Rotary will be guiding the night.

Mental Health Support Packs
IF you are in the position to bring with you any items to add to the Packs we're putting together, it would be appreciated (but not mandatory). Items such as:-

· Drink bottles
· Toiletries
· Small Shampoo & Conditioner bottles
· Toothbrushes, toothpaste
· other similar useful care pack items of your choice
