This interactive session explores ritual as an imaginal leadership tool - a way of metabolizing grief, complexity, and transition while opening access to creativity, intuition, and emergent possibility.

Drawing from nature-based and integral approaches to human development, participants will explore how ritual, symbolism, metaphor, and trans-rational ways of knowing can support healing, visioning, and transformative leadership. Together, we’ll examine how leaders can create intentional containers that help themselves and those they serve move through endings, reconnect to deeper wisdom, and imagine what comes next.
