Gentle stretching poses have the option to be fully supported! As poses are held, each person will receive one on one Reiki energy along with sound healing incorporated during savasana with drumming and chimes.

Must RSVP to access online event Zoom Link. Please pay event fee ($15) in advance (www.paypal.me/healingwithmo) to be admitted to the event.
Please arrive a few minutes prior to start time. No one will be admitted after event starts so as not to disrupt attendees.
We will start with greetings and then introduce ourselves. Then we will:
- Be led through a meditation to ground with Earth energy and come into the present moment.
- Half the group will receive from the other half for 10 minutes.
- We will then switch, and those that gave will then receive for 10 minutes.
- Once done with the initial exchange and if there is time remaining, Reiki Practitioners are encouraged to remain on the call and give Reiki to themselves for 10 minutes before we adjourn. This will be done using Usui hand positions and/or the "teddy bear" technique. Mo will lead you through the self treatment.
Everyone is welcome at this event, whether or not you are attuned to Reiki. Those not attuned to Reiki or another healing modality will receive only and may observe after if they wish.

Level 1 Reiki Certification (or higher), or instruction/education in other healing modalities suggested but not required. Newbies absolutely welcome!
We will practice Reiki hands above the body from shoulders up, hands on only from shoulders down. This ensures no touching head, face or neck areas. If a person does not wish to be touched at all, those wishes will be honored. This is for the the safety and comfort of all who attend.
Soap, water and hand sanitizer is provided.
We will sit in circle, meet each other then be led through a guided meditation that includes sending healing energy to others.
Tables will be set up for our use, 2 to 5 Practitioners at each table depending on number in attendance. Each attending will get a 15 to 20 minute treatment from other Practitioners. RMT Maureen "Mo" Aruta will co ordinate and oversee.
After the Reiki Exchange ends at 4:30 pm, you are invited to stay and have some light snacks and socialize with attendees.
This is a great opportunity to practice your skills and receive a Reiki treament too. 15 to 20 minutes on a table can work wonders!
