## Guided Bedtime Meditation for Deep Sleep
Better sleep, better days! Melt away the day’s tension, fall asleep easily, and stay asleep with a special guided bedtime meditation for deep sleep. Join us to overcome insomnia and improve the quality of your sleep. Many of us struggle to “turn off” at night as our minds continually turn over thoughts from the day. This prevents us from falling asleep, getting adequate rest, and feeling our best the next day.
Come let your mind and body relax to the wonderfully soothing voices of our meditation guides. They will lead a progressive relaxation meditation to release the day’s thoughts and to let the causes of stress, anxiety, and restless sleep go from your mind. While meditating, your body and mind will naturally quiet down, allowing for a comfortable, rejuvenating night of sleep.
