Seattle Art Muesum - Free Admission Thursday

We’ll explore the SAM, on Free Thursday. The entrance is at 1st Ave & Union St.

We will meet just outside the entrance, and head in at 6pm sharp. Please arrive before 6pm, because connecting with the group after we enter the museum will be difficult.

As an event easter egg, for the folks that (re)read the whole description and see this, AND stay until the 7:30 end, we will have our very own little “I have the most interesting “bling” ’ competition. The idea is to bring something others will think is interesting. We’ll call it your “bling”. You should be able to attach it to a provided lanyard (see photo), and wear the lanyard around your neck during the event…
“Bling” Intent:
-to help strike up interesting conversations during the event
-to help justify why we’re wearing lanyards
-to WIN! Present your interesting “bling”, for group voting, at the 7:30 end of the event.
‘Most interesting “bling” ‘ winner will receive a free drink at the post-meet.
Ohhh, time to dig out your best “bling”!
Since this IS an easter egg, be subtle if talking/asking about the “bling” competition, until after the event has started. No need to unnecessarily increase your competition!
