# Presentation: [REDACTED]
Over the past 4 years a number of colleagues in industry had commented on the sudden appearance of some fancy SaaS product . With a bit of free time with delayed engagements, my team and I decided to work out what was going on. Whilst our technical analysis was interesting, subsequent interaction and review of the organisation’s business also raised a few eyebrows. I wanted to share our analysis, approach to engagement, as well as a broader concern and theme as we see more “cyber enabled AI, Blockchain, Patented XDR solutions” come into the market with no grounding in reality.
by Edward Farrell (@Faz)
Faz is one of those pentester folks who runs his own company out of Sydney doing alls sorts of weird and wonderful things. An industry fellow at the Australian Defence Force Academy, defcon volunteer and former bug bounty hunter, his only real claim to fame is holding a 2 hour conversation with an American who was convinced he was from the British protectorate of durka durkastan.
Now in his 7th sectalks presentation, Faz is seriously questioning the series of life decisions that got him a little too addicted to an awesome career.
