Self-awareness and mindfulness class - online

When you make a mistake do you judge yourself? Beat yourself up? Speak unkindly to yourself? In our class this week we will discuss a strategy that can help turn our mistake into learning and growth and how we can apply it moving forward. Each class begins with an Energy Hygiene mindfulness process to cleanse and clear our energy field. There is no entry after 8:10pm and please have your cameras on.

Rather than waiting for someone or something to come along to feel grateful for, we can choose to feel Gratitude regardless of what is happening in our lives or how we feel. This can forge a pathway into abundance in a wonderful way that allows things to just come to us. J
Class will begin with our usual Energy Hygiene clearing process and meditation, we will then discuss and explore the topic of the week – an attitude of gratitude. There will be no entry after 8:10pm. Please have your camera on.

The violet flame is a powerful tool anyone can use in meditation. It helps release negative karma, raise our conscious awareness, the frequency of our vibration, and accelerate our spiritual growth. For this class we will participate in a 50 minute violet flame process whereby we disentangle ourselves from groups, collectives or people that are not for our highest good. Class begins promptly at 8:10pm (no entry thereafter).
